  • one hour sessions designed to fit the goals, skills, fitness level and starting point of any client. Sessions are Semi private, or private.

Online Strength and Conditioning Training Programs

  • Online training programs designed for between 2-6 days a week

  • Delivered using a training app (True Coach) with descriptions, videos, notes and feedback virtually from the coach.

Nutrition and Health Coaching Plans

  • Individualized plans using macro nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) to create the right amount of energy intake to match the overall goal of the client

  • Recommendations for guidelines in water intake, step count, and bio feedback markers

Online Nutrition Coaching

  • Individualized plans using macro nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) to create the right amount of energy intake to match the overall goal of the client

  • Recommendations for guidelines in water intake, step count, and bio feedback markers

  • Weekly check ins via google form and coaching updates provided within 12 hours of submission
