    I conduct all training session at Synergy Fitness Studio

    • Semi-Private Training: Training along side 2-3 other people, with your own custom training plan but with more of a social environment and a lower price point while still maintaining high-level coaching and accountability.

  • Yes. I provide nutrition coaching focused on sustainable weight loss or muscle gain depending on the goal. This includes personalized macro targets, meal planning guidance, and habit-based coaching to ensure long-term results rather than quick fixes.

  • As your health coach, I look beyond just the training sessions. We address lifestyle factors such as sleep hygiene, high stress management, and energy level changes. This holistic approach ensures that your fitness routine supports your goals long term and overall well-being, not just your physique.

  • My online coaching is perfect for those who travel or prefer to workout on their own schedule. I provide custom fitness programs and nutrition plans via a dedicated app, including video demonstrations, progress tracking, and regular check-ins to keep you accountable from anywhere.

  • All in-person private and semi-private training sessions are 60 minutes long. I do suggest clients come 10-15 minutes early to allows for a proper warm-up before the session begins to maximize our time together that is focused on strength work and conditioning, followed by a cool-down period.

You will never have to guess what to do when you walk into the gym alone.

I provide cardio programs tailored to your specific goals and current fitness level—whether that’s improving your conditioning for the ski season, training for a local event like the Bay to Breakers, or maximizing fat loss to improve your body composition. I prescribe specific intensities (Zone 2, HIIT, etc.) to ensure you are training efficiently, not just sweating.

  • Absolutely. My Coaching is designed for the all lifestyles of San Francisco families and busy professionals. If you are away, I can adjust your program to a Travel-Friendly mode by changing your current program to more user friendly variations. Whether you have a full hotel gym or zero equipment, I provide workouts and the necessary coaching to ensure your momentum stays high regardless of your location.

  • Every exercise in your program comes with a video demonstration and technical cues. Furthermore, you can upload "form-check" videos of your lifts. I review these remotely to provide feedback via the app or in person at our next session ensuring you maintain the same form standards of safety and intensity we practice together during our 1-on-1 sessions.

Individual 1-on-1 private training sessions range from $168 to $197 per hour, while semi-private training offers a more cost-effective way to train with high-level coaching for around $125-143 per session.

  • My tailored Nutrition and Health Coaching programs start at $200 per month. This isn't just a meal plan; it is a high-touch coaching service that includes weekly check-ins, macro-nutrient adjustments, and lifestyle habit coaching.

  • Yes, I offer remote fitness programming and coaching, which is priced at $300 per month and is designed for driven individuals who travel or prefer to train solo. This includes your custom workout programming, cardio program, and recovery protocols. You can combine this with the nutrition coaching app for a discocunted rate of $450 month. You receive the same elite-level accountability and programming as my in-person San Francisco clients, but with the flexibility to train from anywhere.
